This hard-shell water base is suitable for almost any surface – indoors or outdoors with flying banners of any size! It is easy to transport as it can be emptied out and then filled again once it is in position, holding up to 17 liters of water.
This ‘optional extra’ banner base includes a 19.6mm wide rotating spindle to provide maximum support to the base rod, and there is need to worry about the flag wrapping around the pole in the wind as the rotating ball bearing mechanism allows it to spin freely!
