Two weight options to choose from:

• 5kg suitable for small flying banners (400mm x 400mm size)
• 10kg suitable for all flying banners (500mm x 500mm size)

This hard-shell water base is suitable for any even surface – indoors or outdoors with flying banners of any size! It is easy to transport as it can be emptied out and then filled again once it is in position, holding up to 17 litres of water.   the 17L Moulded Water Base is an ‘optional extra’ and includes a 19.6mm wide spindle to provide maximum support to the base rod, and there is need to worry about the flag wrapping around the pole in the wind as the rotating ball bearing mechanism allows it to spin freely!
